As a member of our Sales team you will work towards establishing
workXmate as a best in class Business App provider. You should be able
to recognize, understand, and articulate workXmate product
features/benefits & competitive differentiators. You should be able
to elicit and understand customer pain points and design a Demo that
addresses them.
Key Skills
1-3 years experience in selling Software or Cloud based products
Experience of selling to SMEs is a must
Experience of Account Management
Extensive experience in all aspects of sales cycle to meet Sales targets
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Experience using CRM for selling
Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people
Responsibilities
Development of Account plan & strategy to ensure attainment of sales goals
Meeting Sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all quotations and activities
Create and conduct customized Sales presentations or Demonstration Interaction with Engineering team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests
