As a member of our Implementation team you will work on ensuring
Customer Success in using workXmate Business Apps to
Automate.Manage.Grow their Business from the Cloud.
You would be responsible for establishing workXmate as a best in class
Business App provider. You should be able to recognize, understand, and
implement Customer requirements.
Key Skills
Understanding of key Business Processes
Experience in writing in SQL
Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people
Responsibilities
Ensuring customer success by understanding their requirements and configuring workXmate business apps
Creating and conducting customized customer training and demos for successful adoption of the apps
Working with engineering team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests
